Hummingbird Retreat

The Villa itself contains three bedrooms, (one master-suite, one double bedroom, and another twin bedroom), all of which have cable TV in-room. A fully appointed kitchen, complete with microwave oven, stove, fridge/freezer with automatic ice maker, coffee maker, waste disposal, dishwasher, toaster slow cooker, juicer and everything you could need to make you feel like this is home from home.

The Kitchen is outfitted with a large fridge-freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and is well stocked with flatware, utensils and cutlery. There's a toaster and kettle provided for your convenience, and the Freezer has an ice-making feature. The open-plan dining area seats 6.

A three-seater setee and two-seater sofabed are provided, and the living room is equipped with a good-sized TV with DVD player, hi-fi, and a collection of family DVDs.

The living room opens out on-to the pool deck area via a patio door, equipped with a safety-alarm to ensure that small children don't accidentally rush out into the pool.

The master bedroom is located to one side of the main open-plan living area, and has its own en-suite, complete with walk-in-shower, two basins, WC and walk-in-wardrobe.

To the opposite side of the living area is a hallway which leads to the family bathroom (with WC, basin and bath/shower combo), linen closet, and the Twin and Double bedrooms.

Both are equipped with drawers and wardrobes, and have portable TVs.

The generous over-size pool deck area is covered by a lanai mesh, and has a covered area with full lighting and seating for 6. Cushioned seating and sunloungers are provided, as are towels (in the linen closet).

The pool itself is of a good size for its type, and features a jacuzzi-style spa pool.

We've converted the garage into a games room, with a full-sized powered air-hockey table, table football, various games, toys and distractions (including a PS2 games console).
